Toyota of Naperville is seeking an optimistic, energetic Sales Associate to join our team. Our Sales Team uses a consultative approach to craft a great buying and ownership experience for every client.

This position offers a first-year income potential of $60,000-$120,000, with bonuses and spiffs; includes paid vacation after 90 days, holidays, a 5-day work week, paid training, compensation with a competitive pay plan, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401K.

Qualifications

• Greet and guide customers into the sales process.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
• Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
• Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
• Are enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Are outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
• Have quality customer service skills
• Have a good sales track record
• Possess strong communication skills
• Are persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic
• Focus on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
• Are computer literate and have basic math skills
• Bilingual is a plus
