Job summary

Sage Veterinary Imaging is seeking a Marketing & Client Relations Manager in Spring, TX to drive marketing activities, build strong relationships with referring veterinarians, and connect more patients with advanced imaging. The role combines marketing coordination, brand management, event promotion, and referral development across Texas.

The Manager will communicate Sage’s capabilities clearly across social media, collateral, campaigns, conferences, and direct outreach, visiting practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, veterinary practice management, or related field.
• Two years experience in marketing, client relations, account management, veterinary outreach, or related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience coordinating marketing content, campaigns, collateral, or events.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and manage a combination of office-based and field-based responsibilities.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Texas.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, content-scheduling tools, presentation software, and standard business applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Sage’s marketing strategy and coordinate across locations, campaigns, events and initiatives.
• Draft, schedule, and publish social media content; collaborate with clinical teams for relevant content.
• Create, update and organize marketing collateral ensuring brand consistency across channels.
• Manage conference and event participation, registrations, sponsorships, booth logistics, and follow-up.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring veterinarians and veterinary practice teams; conduct regular outreach and clinic visits.
• Learn each practice’s needs and identify Sage services to support patients and referrals.
• Track marketing engagement, leads, and outcomes; share insights with leadership.
• Travel regularly across Texas to visit practices, conferences, and community events.
