Job summary

Sage Veterinary Imaging is seeking an Associate Veterinarian focused on advanced diagnostic imaging. You will evaluate patients, oversee anesthesia for MRI/CT procedures, and collaborate closely with board-certified radiologists to support high-quality care.

The role emphasizes mentorship, intern coaching, and growth opportunities within a team dedicated to human-quality imaging and education in veterinary medicine.

Qualifications

• DVM degree or equivalent and eligibility for veterinary licensure in the applicable state.
• Experience in general practice, emergency, or specialty settings with advanced imaging context is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with radiologists, clinicians, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient examinations and diagnostic assessments on advanced imaging cases.
• Provide anesthesia and sedation for procedures such as MRI, CT, ultrasound, and radiography.
• Collaborate with board-certified radiologists to interpret imaging results and guide treatment decisions.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient safety throughout imaging workflows.
