Job summary

Sage Veterinary Imaging is seeking an Associate Veterinarian – Advanced Imaging to provide patient-centered care using MRI, CT, ultrasound, and radiography. You will collaborate with board-certified radiologists and experienced staff to deliver human-quality diagnostic imaging and participate in intern coaching, education, and program development.

You will be integral to clinical operations, onboarding, and ongoing professional growth, with opportunities to mentor interns and expand leadership

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent required and eligible for veterinary licensure in the applicable state.
• Strong competency in patient assessment, anesthesia, and medical decision-making.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with board-certified radiologists, specialists, technicians, and referring veterinarians.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient examinations and advanced imaging procedures.
• Develop diagnostic and treatment plans with radiologists and referring veterinarians.
• Provide anesthesia and sedation for MRI, CT, ultrasound, and other imaging procedures.
• Monitor patient safety and oversee recovery during imaging.
• Communicate imaging findings clearly to clients and veterinarians.
