Sage Veterinary Imaging is seeking a Case Manager to serve as a clinical communication and coordination hub. You will manage complex veterinary imaging cases (MRI, CT, neuro-imaging) and communicate with veterinarians, radiologists, and pet owners.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely follow-through, and collaboration across clinical leadership. The position is full-time and remote, requiring strong veterinary clinical knowledge, independent judgment, and proficiency with EMR and AI-enabled

Formación

• Veterinary professionals with RVT/CVT/LVT or DVM credential and minimum five years of advanced veterinary clinical experience.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology, diagnostic procedures, medical records, and clinical workflows.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including confidence working with senior clinical leadership.
• Ability to independently manage complex cases, prioritize competing demands, and collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and digital applications; ability to learn AI-enabled tools.
• Must be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and coordinate MRI, CT, teleradiology, neuro-imaging, and other specialty consultation cases.
• Review and consolidate medical histories, exam findings, laboratory results, images, reports, and supporting records.
• Identify missing or unclear information and obtain clarification before specialist review.
• Organize case materials and documentation for efficient specialist work.
• Coordinate specialist assignments, monitor turnaround times, and manage requests through completion.
• Anticipate needs and minimize administrative disruptions for specialists.
• Coordinate neuro-imaging consultation workflows and prepare complete packages.
• Ensure complete and clear reports, escalate questions to the appropriate specialist.
• Maintain accurate communication with referring veterinarians and internal clinical teams.
• Learn and utilize AI-enabled workflow tools to improve efficiency.
