Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee infrastructure, repair, and renovation projects across active veterinary hospitals. You will act as the owner's representative, coordinating contractors, design teams, hospital leaders, and business operations, while maintaining patient care.

This role involves managing 10+ active projects nationwide in operating facilities, with ~50% travel and a focus on minimizing disruption to staff, patients, and operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction or facility project management experience.
• Strong HVAC systems and facility infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in occupied facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• PMP, CCM, PE, or equivalent certification.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction and facility projects from planning through closeout.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, contractors, risks, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical facility issues, especially HVAC and building systems.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and hospital leadership.
• Manage construction inside active hospitals that remain open during renovations.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions to internal stakeholders.
• Build relationships with hospital practice managers and business operations teams.
• Travel to project sites based on project needs.
