Healthy Petz Family Vet in Morganton, NC is hiring a Client Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will manage front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and medical record maintenance while supporting daily clinic activities.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, prior veterinary experience preferred, and a commitment to OSHA safety practices. This role may cross-train as a Veterinary Assistant when needed, with benefits including health

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Available to work 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.
• Practices OSHA safety techniques including PPE.

Responsibilities

• Leads front desk operations and appointment scheduling.
• Processes cash, checks, card payments and accounts as needed.
• Maintains client and patient records; data entry and filing.
• Answers incoming calls with proper etiquette.
• Welcomes clients and patients with friendly demeanor; ensures positive experience.
• Supports Doctors and team; handles daily clinic tasks and communications.
