Qualifications

• Ability to work on weekends as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Leads opening and closing procedures per Practice Manager instructions and practice procedures.
• Maintains front desk and reception areas; greeting clients and patients.
• Processes cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedules appointments and manages clinic workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and sends reminders.
• Delivers client correspondence and take-home items.
• Backups computer system regularly and posts daily business.
• Welcomes clients and patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Answers incoming telephone calls with proper etiquette.
• Addresses client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
