College Way Animal Hospital in Mount Vernon, WA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced, friendly team. You’ll be the first and last contact for clients, handling scheduling, payments, and a warm, professional experience for every visit.

As part of Thrive Pet Healthcare, you’ll support the veterinary team and help families care for their pets, while staying organized and compassionate in a busy clinic.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred; veterinary or medical experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and assist clients with questions and requests.
• Check clients in and out while maintaining an efficient flow through the hospital.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, services, and hospital policies.
• Coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure excellent patient and client care.
• Maintain accurate client and patient information.
• Process payments and assist with financial transactions.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Help create a positive, supportive experience for clients, patients, and coworkers.
• Contribute to our hospital's commitment to serving and supporting our local community.
