College Way Animal Hospital in Mount Vernon, WA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced, friendly team. You’ll be the first and last contact for clients, handling scheduling, payments, and a warm, professional experience for every visit.

As part of Thrive Pet Healthcare, you’ll support the veterinary team and help families care for their pets, while staying organized and compassionate in a busy clinic.

Join Our Client Service Team!

College Way Animal Hospital is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are a fast-paced, small-animal general practice dedicated to providing excellent care to our patients while supporting the pets, families, and community we serve.

Our client service team is often the first and last point of contact for our clients, making this role an essential part of creating a positive experience. We're looking for someone who is friendly, compassionate, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy veterinary environment.

What You'll Do
