Job summary

College Way Animal Hospital in Mount Vernon, WA is seeking a Veterinary Client Services Representative for a part-time role. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering warm, professional service both in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities include scheduling, check-in/check-out, assisting clients with questions, and processing payments, while supporting our veterinary team in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred; veterinary or medical experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments and assist clients with questions and requests
• Check clients in and out while maintaining an efficient flow through the hospital
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, services, and hospital policies
• Coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure excellent patient and client care
• Maintain accurate client and patient information
• Process payments and assist with financial transactions
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Help create a positive, supportive experience for clients, patients, and coworkers
