Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive invites applications for a Vet Ecosystem Co-op Intern in Overland Park, KS, supporting the Corporate Vet Business Development Manager and the Customer Development team. You will gain hands-on experience in commercial planning, sales enablement, and analytics while coordinating events, trade shows, and marketing collateral.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, Animal Science, or related field.
• Undergraduate standing as required for internship eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer event logistics, assisting in scheduling, venue coordination, materials preparation, and cross-functional alignment.
• Support trade show coordination, registrations, booth setup logistics, attendee tracking, and schedule management.
• Support execution of team meetings, QBRs, and special customer alignment events.
• Oversee collateral management to ensure current marketing and sales materials are accessible.
• Assist with distribution of sales planners, product launches, and commercial toolkits to BAMs and CDMs.
• Maintain digital asset repositories and align marketing collateral updates across teams.
• Serve as regional customer point person addressing inquiries and coordinating with internal teams.
• Support wiring guides by maintaining contact channels and escalation matrices.
• Consolidate field feedback to support Go-to-Market planning and Growth Choice model evolution.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Animal Science, or a related field
