Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive invites applications for the Vet Ecosystem Co-op Intern position in Overland Park, KS. You will support the Corporate Vet Business Development Manager and the Customer Development team in executing commercial strategies for the Vet Channel.

The role covers event logistics, trade show support, collateral management, and GTM planning while gaining hands-on experience in analytics and sales enablement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Prior internship or leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage event logistics for customer activities and cross-functional alignment.
• Support trade show coordination, registrations, booth setup, and attendee tracking.
• Assist with team meetings, QBRs, and customer alignment events.
• Oversee collateral management to ensure updated marketing materials are accessible.
• Support distribution of sales planners, product launches, and toolkits to BAMs and CDMs.
• Maintain digital asset repositories and align marketing collateral updates.
• Serve as regional internal point of contact for operational inquiries.
• Assist with wiring guides by tracking contacts and escalation matrices.
• Consolidate field feedback to inform Go-to-Market planning.
• Support Growth Choice model evolution with data gathering and scenario testing.
• Track annual commercial discipline processes and JVP timelines.
• Provide support on customer rebates, promotions, and investment recaps.
