Responsibilities

• Issue and update Coastal Schedule with BU approval.
• Coordinate port operations and vessel movements regionally.
• Secure berthing windows and coordinate port/terminal activities.
• Liaise with partner lines on joint services and slot charter.
• Communicate sailing instructions and monitor voyage execution.
• Inform stakeholders about schedule changes and exceptions.
