The role focuses on monitoring submissions, resolving CMS203/CMS205 issues, handling GO holds, and serving as a focal point for US Customs inquiries, while ensuring SLA-compliant responses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two to four years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Run daily reports to identify any customs holds and or rejections and handle accordingly.
• Run daily reports to identify cargo slated for General order and handle accordingly.
• Daily monitor data on CMS203 (Conditions Attend) and process accordingly.
• Daily monitor CMS205 (Orphans) and resolve accordingly.
• Weekly monitor the invoice portal to make sure that all invoices are processed timely.
• Monitor the group mailbox for transmission notifications and change requests and handle each accordingly within stated SLA.
• Keep a running tab of all export vessels’ sail dates so that the export manifest can be submitted to US Customs within their guidelines.
• Handle any incoming calls both internally and externally.
