Job summary

ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. is seeking an Operations Analyst to coordinate port calls for ZIM vessels and to manage vessel schedules across company systems. You will act as the primary liaison between terminals, pilots, tugs, and service providers to ensure seamless port operations.

The role requires advanced English, a relevant bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Office 365 and Excel, with SAP experience considered a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position in the United States.

Qualifications

• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related field.
• Proficiency in Office 365 Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience in an Operations department at a Shipping Line or as a Boarding Agent is a plus.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate port calls for ZIM vessels and manage vessel schedules in company systems.
• Act as focal point between terminals, pilots, tugs, and service providers.
• Coordinate with local agencies to ensure port-related activities run efficiently.
• Serve as main communication channel with vessel command and authorities.
