• Prepare daily dispatch notifications.
• Maintain logs and records of harbor activities.
• Inform crew and assign changes per management.
• Follow company emergency procedures when needed.
• Monitor operations after hours and report issues.
• Make occasional dispatch decisions without management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
