Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock and restock as directed, and clean the concession area.
• Assist with daily setup and closing of the vessel concession.
• Maintain sanitary environment and equipment daily.
• Follow uniform and personal grooming policies.
• Interact with crew at embarkation points and assist in emergencies per safety drills.
• Communicate questions or issues to Concessions Manager or supervisors.
• Perform cashier duties as needed.
• Provide superior customer service to guests.
• Serve as an information source for customers.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
