Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Clinical Specialist, Vessel Closure in Salem, OR to support Abbott Vascular with clinical education, case planning and product pull-through in hospitals and among clinicians.

You will engage with electrophysiologists and interventional cardiologists, deliver in-service trainings, and help achieve sales goals across the Vessel Closure portfolio while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical procedure and product expert in support of case coverage in the hospital setting.
• Focus on Electrophysiologists and Interventional Cardiologists and hospital staff to support Vessel Closure portfolio.
• Meet with existing and potential customers to identify clinical needs and discuss how Vascular products can help achieve goals.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel and identify key decision makers.
• Provide clinical education and sales support to assist in achieving sales goals.
