Job summary

Abbott seeks a Clinical Specialist, Vessel Closure in Cleveland, a field-based role supporting Abbott Vascular products. You will plan cases, provide coverage, and pull-through across the region, educating customers in hospital settings to drive adoption and revenue growth.

You will engage with electrophysiologists and interventional cardiologists, deliver clinical education, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical procedure and product expert in hospital case coverage.
• Support Electrophysiologists and Interventional Cardiologists and hospital staff for Vessel Closure portfolio.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff to identify clinical needs and demonstrate Vascular products.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel and identify key decisionmakers.
• Provide clinical support in case coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products.
• Educate customers on product usage through presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend procedures to ensure customer and patient success with Vascular products.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions with related teams.
• Support the broader region with case support beyond the defined territory.
