Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in the United States seeks a field-based Technical Procedure and Product Expert for Abbott Vascular, supporting hospital-based case coverage and education across the vessel closure portfolio.

You will meet with physicians and hospital staff to identify clinical needs, deliver demonstrations, provide in-service education, and ensure successful product use in Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology Lab, and OR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical procedure and product expert in support of case coverage in the hospital setting.
• Focus on Electrophysiologists and Interventional Cardiologists to support Vessel Closure products and future releases.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff to identify clinical needs and discuss how Vascular products can help them achieve goals.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel; identify key decision makers.
• Provide clinical support in case coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education for company products.
