Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering.
• 1+ year of experience using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience coordinating with architects and consultants.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PDF tools (Bluebeam Revu).
• Mechanical/electrical design exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design layouts for vertical transportation equipment (elevators, escalators, moving walks).
• Manage deadlines, tasks, and project accuracy across multiple projects.
• Coordinate drawings with Project Managers, Consultants, and architects.
• Interpret specifications and apply them to design tasks.
• Maintain communication with BIM/CAD coordinators and clients.
