Job summary

Facility Engineering Services, PA (FS Group LLC) is seeking an experienced structural/plant layout designer and department lead. You will draft and revise plant layouts, structural and mechanical drawings under a licensed engineer, ensuring CAD standards and QA/QC across projects in industrial facilities.

Requires a minimum Associate's Degree in CAD design/drafting and extensive Revit/AutoCAD expertise. Occasional site visits and collaboration with engineers are expected, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in CAD design/drafting or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD software.
• Experience with plant layout and industrial drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plant layout, structural and mechanical drawings under the supervision of a licensed professional engineer.
• Make revisions to drawings as directed during design and construction phases.
• Provide QA/QC over office drawing production.
• Work with management and engineers to develop standards.
• May travel to client sites for information and measurements.
