Lerch Bates is looking for a skilled designer to develop layout solutions for vertical transportation in Highlands Ranch, CO. The role involves producing drawings, coordinating with Project Managers and Consultants, and serving as a client contact.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering, at least 1 year of AutoCAD and Revit experience, and strong organizational and communication abilities. Lerch Bates is 100% employee-owned with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Design layouts for vertical transportation equipment (elevators, escalators, moving walks).
• Coordinate design and drawing delivery with Project Managers and Consultants.
• Coordinate layout drawings with Consultants and client Architects; track project schedule.
• Interpret specifications and apply codes to tasks; document changes accurately.
• Communicate effectively with BIM/CAD project coordinators.
