Job summary

Dhar Mann Studios seeks a Social Media Coordinator to launch and grow Vertical Dramas across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You will own strategy, publishing, community engagement, and audience growth from day one, reporting to the Sr Content & Social Manager.

You will develop compelling captions, thumbnails, and short-form clips; analyze performance data to drive iterative improvements and partner with creative teams to maximize reach and impact. Remote work options apply.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing social media for entertainment brands.
• Strong copywriting with hooks, titles and social captions.
• Familiarity with Gen Z culture and platform trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook for Vertical Dramas.
• Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling, optimization across channels.
• Create captions, hooks, titles, posts, polls to drive engagement.
• Collaborate with creative teams for thumbnails and short-form content.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategy and cadence.
• Develop and run A/B tests for formats, messaging, and thumbnails.
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate campaigns for new releases.
• Engage with community through comments and interactive formats.
• Track audience sentiment and surface opportunities to teams.
• Report performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
