Job summary

Marriage Reset is seeking a Social Media Growth Strategist to build and lead the organic content engine across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You will design and drive a system that turns long-form content into platform-native shorts and posts, owning the content calendar and coordinating a 5-person editing team to ensure high-impact, on-brand output.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing content production or editing teams in async, remote-first environments.
• Proven experience reviewing video edits and giving quality, pacing, and creative feedback.
• Experience with short-form content distribution – Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok.
• Experience building Content Waterfall systems, SOPs, and repeatable workflows.
• Analytics competency - understands leading and lagging metrics across platforms.
• Background in coaching, info-products, or online education (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design and run our Content Waterfall System by turning long-form video into shorts and posts.
• Own the organic content calendar and publishing cadence across all channels.
• Lead the 5-person editing team day-to-day; review cuts for hook strength and brand voice.
• Run weekly editor meetings; manage deadlines and quality.
• Own thumbnail and title testing with the Head of Marketing & Josh Hudson to drive CTR.
• Track organic performance weekly and iterate based on data.
• Build SOPs and workflows to make processes repeatable.
• Feed winning hooks, themes, and messaging to the Paid team.
• Support new channels (LinkedIn, blog, podcast) as we scale.
• Ensure brand consistency across platforms per brand guide and pillars.
