Job summary

The role collaborates with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget, and quality project delivery. You will assist with planning, scheduling, budgets, and documentation, while facilitating effective communication with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Support scheduling of tasks to meet milestones.
• Communicate with project team, contractors, and clients effectively.
• Coordinate with superintendents, estimators, PMs and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Assist in procurement processes, quotes, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain project documentation and meeting records for planning.
