Job summary

Mosser Construction Inc. has an immediate opening in Fremont/Toledo, Ohio for a General Building Project Engineer. The role provides support to the project team, including the project manager, superintendent and administrative personnel.

You will work with cross-functional teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 2–5 years of vertical construction

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or related field.
2–5 years of construction industry experience in vertical construction preferred.
Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to learn new processes quickly.
Knowledge of scheduling programing and office products is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Communicate with project team members, contractors, and clients.
Collaborate with superintendents, estimators, PMs, and subcontractors to develop milestones.
Coordinate with vendors and trade partners, manage quotes and scheduling.
Maintain project documentation and submittals to ensure effective planning.
Assist with bid pursuits by quantity takeoffs and scopes of work.
