Job summary

Elemental Brands in Reno, NV is seeking a Temporary Manufacturing Floater to provide hands-on technical support across multiple departments. The role focuses on merging kits, packaging, and assisting in assembly, with the flexibility to float between Material Prep, Assembly, and Machine Operations as production needs shift.

The ideal candidate will have at least a year in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience and training.
• Minimum of one year in manufacturing/distribution, QA, assembly, or hands-on environment.
• MS Office (Word, Excel) and Fishbowl Inventory a plus.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, able to work independently, with problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic machinery or equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merge and organize kits for the team.
• Package finished goods using packaging equipment.
• Cut materials (wire, tape, light, channels) to precise lengths.
• Navigate the ERP system (IFS) to track and log material data.
• Assemble, test, and modify prototypes or components, including soldering.
• Operate safety equipment and PPE as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform shared duties.
• Inspect finished goods for defects before shipment.
