Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, is seeking a Production Floater to assist in production operations and open box inspection as directed by the supervisor. Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm with overtime as needed.

You should have a High School diploma or GED and be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; we value reliability, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor at start of shift to determine daily functions.
• Assist with material handling, assembly, packaging, inspections, and load/unload tasks.
• Move materials using hand trucks or buggies around the production floor.
• Perform other duties such as gluing on a production line.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain equipment and work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
