Job summary

UnitedMasters, a music tech platform, is seeking a versatile Recruiter to support two businesses: UnitedMasters and Translation, blending tech, creative and commercial hiring. You will own full-cycle recruiting across corporate, technical, and creative roles, partnering with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, interview plans, and ideal candidate profiles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of hiring across multiple functions and levels.
• Experience using Greenhouse or other ATS.
• Experience with ADP, Google Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for a wide range of corporate, technical, creative, and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, interview plans, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop diverse talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and drive process improvements to candidate experience.
