Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record hiring across multiple functions and levels, including senior roles.
• Experience recruiting corporate, technical, and creative roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting across corporate, technical, and creative roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define strategies, interview plans and candidate profiles.
• Build candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through offer.
• Manage multiple searches with speed, quality and clear communication.
