Job summary

The Saratoga Group in Albany, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair homes in our communities. You will handle a variety of tasks daily, from plumbing and electrical to lawn care and general upkeep, ensuring safety and curb appeal.

This full-time role requires reliability, the ability to work independently, and occasional on-call duties. You will report to a supervisor and contribute to a hands-on team dedicated to quality workmanship and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tickets in a timely manner
• Perform lawn care, including mowing, edging, and spraying for weeds
• Apply plumbing knowledge, including water and sewer connections/lines
• Maintain knowledge of general maintenance protocol
• Repair and rehab mobile homes
• Paint and perform light electrical work
• Complete general park cleanup
• Operate a personal or company vehicle to pick up supplies or handle offsite company business
• Report regularly to supervisor
• Take and respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed
• Devote working time, attention, knowledge, and skills to the company's business interests, in good faith and with best efforts, to the satisfaction of the employer
• Perform other duties customarily associated with similar positions, or as assigned from time to time
• Understand that management reserves the right to revise this position description as necessary
