Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old and able to read, write, and speak English.
• 1 year minimum building maintenance work experience.
• Background check completion.
• Pre-hire physical, TB test, drug screen, and/or fingerprinting may be required in some regions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on facility and equipment (plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc.).
• Prepare and organize materials and equipment before starting a task.
• Report equipment/items needing repair to supervisor immediately.
• Respond to occasional building emergencies as directed by supervisor.
• Record keeping and daily rounds of systems as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
