Qualifications

• Previous painting, drywall, rough or trim carpentry/home building, framing, electrical, and/or plumbing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of general building and property maintenance, service, and repair across multiple company properties.
• Perform maintenance tasks including painting, caulking, wall repair, basic electrical, framing, sheetrock, pressure washing, and more.
• Troubleshoot to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
