RVA Property Managers – the maintenance services division of Doswell Operating Group, is seeking a Carpenter to support the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our facilities in Richmond, VA. This full-time role focuses on repairs, preventative maintenance, and small construction projects across occupied buildings.

You will perform framing, drywall, trim, doors, windows, and flooring; read basic blueprints; respond to work orders promptly; maintain clean, safe areas; and document work.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of carpentry, maintenance, or facilities repair experience.
• Working knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general carpentry work including framing, drywall installation and repair, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and flooring.
• Repair and maintain interior and exterior building components such as walls, ceilings, stairs, handrails, and structural fixtures.
• Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas, following all safety policies and procedures.
• Document completed work and report any additional repair needs or safety concerns.
