Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited program and licensed PT in Michigan.
• Must maintain BLS certification.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and plan individual PT treatment programs.
• Provide patient care and treatment following licensed scope.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and families for discharge planning.
• Document progress and outcomes per policy.
