Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids seeks an experienced Float Physical Therapist to join our team. This float PT will provide coverage across inpatient units on the 6th floor, including Ortho, Trauma, Amputation and General Rehabilitation, and will float to other areas as needed to support staffing and patient care.

The role offers collaboration with diverse interdisciplinary teams, ongoing professional development, and meaningful work restoring hope through rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited program and licensed PT in Michigan.
• Must maintain BLS certification.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple interdisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and plan individual PT treatment programs.
• Provide patient care and treatment following licensed scope.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and families for discharge planning.
• Document progress and outcomes per policy.
