Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Michigan.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within license, certification, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate patient condition and establish goals with patient and family.
• Develop, implement, and adjust written treatment plans; supervise assistants as needed.
• Document patient status and progress per standards and reimbursement guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to integrate therapy into overall care.
• Contribute to discharge planning and program development.
