Job summary

Muskegon County is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to perform skilled and semi-skilled duties in maintaining County buildings and facilities. Under general supervision, you will repair, alter, modernize and perform preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm systems, carpentry, masonry, plastering, painting, and office fixtures.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of full-time building maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, plastering, painting, and fire alarm systems.
• Valid Michigan driver's license.

Responsibilities
