Job summary
Live! Casino Hotel is seeking a maintenance professional to perform general upkeep of the casino property, including HVAC, alarms, generators, and gaming tables.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in commercial facility maintenance, and may need a valid driver’s license and a non-gaming license per state requirements.
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; technical school training and certification preferred.
- Two+ years of maintenance experience in a commercial facility; a valid driver’s license may be necessary.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid non-gaming license as required by the State Gaming Agency.
Responsibilities
- General maintenance of all Live! Casino facilities.
- Knowledge of HVAC, alarm systems, and generators.
- Perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and related maintenance tasks.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment as scheduled.
- Ensure safety and security of guests and team members during maintenance work.
- Maintain, repair, and replace gaming table layouts.
- Operate hand and power tools and related maintenance equipment.
