Job summary

Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a Cook to prep, cook and maintain food production across venues. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely service while delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• One or more years' commercial cooking experience.
• One or more years' guest service experience.
• Ability to handle several projects and tasks at the same time.
• Able to perform the physical duties of all Food & Beverage team members.
• Ability to interact with guests and staff diplomatically.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of foods according to recipes and demand.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen areas.
• Present a friendly and professional image to guests.
• Follow food safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with Chefs and other staff to ensure timely opening of venues.
