Job summary

Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, Arkansas seeks a Cook to support our Food & Beverage venues under the Chef. Responsibilities include prepping, cooking, stocking, rotating stock, maintaining clean, organized kitchens, and producing for multiple outlets.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of commercial cooking and guest service experience, ability to multitask, and the physical ability to perform duties. ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and rotate stock for all Food & Beverage venues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized work areas and kitchens.
• Support the team in ensuring all venues are ready to open on time.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service in line with standards.
• Communicate needs and inventory to ensure proper par levels and stock.
