Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining safety and cleanliness, communicating with chefs, and ensuring timely readiness for service. ServSafe certification is preferred; 21+ years old required.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ commercial cooking experience required.
• One or more years’ guest service experience required.
• Must be able to handle several projects and tasks at the same time.
• Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Prep, cook, and produce foods for all F&B venues following recipes and demand.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized work areas per health regulations.
• Communicate with Chefs and ensure proper stock levels and par levels.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service and uphold Oaklawn standards.
