Qualifications

• General trade experience preferred in plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and cabinetry.
• Must have (or obtain) appropriate state driver license before employment.
• Organized and dependable team player with solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs trades tasks across plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and cabinetry.
• Operates and maintains tools and equipment (drills, saws, nail guns, hammers, shovels).
• Travels to different worksites and supports safety program adherence.
• Reads plans and instructions to determine work activities.
• Supports other workers on construction and preconstruction assignments.
