Job summary

Cirks Construction Inc. (CCI), dba KDC Construction in California is seeking a Service Technician to perform repairs and maintenance across multiple sites, from minor handyman tasks to medium renovation projects.

You will work independently with minimal supervision, travel to different worksites, and bring a range of basic trade skills (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, drywall). A customer-focused attitude and safety discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and willingness to work nights/weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General trade or handyman experience with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and drywall.
• Own vehicle and tools to perform job functions.
• Ability to interact with a diverse customer roster.
• Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Services work orders at various customer locations.
• Performs minor equipment and building repairs.
• Respond to Priority 1 safety and facility issues.
• Update daily on-site activity and times.
• Document work with photos and reports.
• Assist with maintaining facility records.
• Maintain company vehicle and parts inventory.
• Inspect and troubleshoot systems for repairs.
• Travel to different worksites as required.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental program.
• Other duties as assigned.
