Job summary
Cirks Construction Inc (CCI), dba KDC Construction, is seeking a Skilled Tradesperson to perform hands-on work across major trades on ground-up, remodel, retrofit, and repair projects. You will operate hand and power tools to install fixtures, framing, drywall, roofing, and finishing tasks on interior and exterior structures.
Must have a high school diploma and own basic tools; valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- General trade knowledge across plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and cabinetry.
- Own tools and transportation; valid state driver license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical tasks in trades including plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and cabinetry.
- Install fixtures such as windows, doors, trim, tile, and hardware.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools; travel to multiple worksites.
- Maintain a clean, safe job site and follow Health, Safety, and Environmental Program.
- May provide 24/7 emergency coverage as needed.
- Read plans and specifications to determine work activities.
