Cirks Construction Inc. (CCI), dba KDC Construction, is hiring a Skilled Tradesperson in Orange, CA. The role performs plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and finishing tasks on site, using a range of hand and power tools.

Qualifications
- Knowledge and general trade experience in plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, drywall and finishing.
- High school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation.
- Must possess tools required to perform job functions.
Responsibilities
- Performs technical tasks in trades including plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, drywall and finishing for doors, windows and cabinetry.
- Operates and maintains tools and equipment such as drills, saws, nail guns, hammers and shovels.
- Travels to different worksites and may respond to 24/7 emergency coverage.
- Maintains a clean job site and works safely per Health, Safety, and Environmental Program.
- Reads instructions, specifications and plans to determine work activities.
