Responsibilities

• Accountable for project scope, team, resources, and overall success.
• Manage projects from client contact through hand-off to field superintendents and accounting close.
• Oversee planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of projects.
• Mentor assigned Assistant Project Managers and ensure procedures are followed.
• Establish and foster long-term client relationships.
• Lead preconstruction activities including site surveys and subcontractor selection.
