Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents and provide clear, well-founded legal advice.
- Conduct legal research to support client matters.
- Prepare for and attend client meetings; negotiate settlements and agreements.
- Assist with court filings and hearings; develop case strategies with partners.
- Maintain organized case files; meet deadlines; contribute to firm initiatives.
