Job summary

Air Distribution Limited is seeking a Production Worker to assemble parts and subassemblies at a bench or conveyor line. The role involves reading blueprints, following SOPs/JSAs, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace in a manufacturing environment.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and strong attention to detail, with good English reading and communication skills. Overtime may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma/GED and prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, communicate and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, blueprints and engineering drawings in English.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets blueprints, engineering drawings, and shop orders to assemble final and subassembly products.
• Performs production assembly tasks using hand tools and small power tools following SOPs and JSAs.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and adheres to safety policies and procedures.
• Detects and reports defective materials and performs first article inspection to ensure conformance.
• Collaborates with other departments and shifts to meet customer expectations and improve processes.
• Willingness to work overtime and cross-train across production areas and product lines.
